Sheila Boozer

A Senior Consultant with Focus On Results, Sheila Boozer is currently the Principal at Lanphier High School, Springfield Public School District, Springfield, IL. Prior to this position, Ms. Boozer was the Coordinator of Learning Supports for Springfield Public School District and Principal at Fairview Elementary School.

At Fairview Elementary School, Sheila and her team received the Spotlight Schools award which honors high poverty, high
performing schools where at least 50% of students are classified as low-income and at least 60% met or exceeded standards on
the state reading and mathematics tests. All Spotlight Schools made annual yearly progress and sustained their performance
over a period of three years.
